Senior Housing Officer focuses on leading on anti-social behaviour (asb), neighbour disputes and tenancy breaches.

What the role involves

• Leading on Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), neighbour disputes and tenancy breaches.
• Managing rent arrears and income recovery cases.
• Overseeing void management processes and tenancy sign-ups.
• Conducting tenancy audits, estate inspections and compliance checks.
• Liaising with maintenance teams regarding communal and property issues.
• Supporting tenant engagement and community initiatives.

Skills and requirements

• The ideal housing professional will be managing under 500 properties across multiple sites throughout South London.
• Support junior staff whilst delivering an excellent resident-focused service.
• This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can confidently manage a varied patch, take ownership of complex cases.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within social housing.

Confirmed role details

• Rate: £28.50 - £30.00 per hour Umbrella.
• £22.00-23.50 PAYE (depending on experience).
• 35 hours per week.
• 4 days office based.
