Senior Housing Standards Officer focuses on reporting to the housing team leader you will play an integral role in delivering our service priorities.

• Reporting to the Housing Team Leader you will play an integral role in delivering our service priorities.

Skills and requirements

• Educated to degree level you will be HHSRS certified and have experience in HMO and private sector housing compliance and mandatory HMO licensing.
• Some experience of caravan site licensing would be an advantage.
