Skills and requirements
- Extensive experience operating at HRBP level in complex, technical or multi‑site environments, ideally within defence, engineering or manufacturing.
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience.
- Chartered CIPD (MCIPD/Chartered MCIPD) desirable and/or coaching qualifications (ILM, EMCC, ICF) are an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law with proven experience managing complex employee relations matters and advising senior leaders.
