- Serve as a trusted advisor to AWS EMEA Leadership Team, providing strategic HR guidance.
- Ensure excellent employee relations and compliance with local labor laws.
- Analysing business unit data to drive performance, retention, and employee experience improvements.
- Leading organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management initiatives.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition teams on hiring, retention, and internal talent development.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results.
- Experience analyzing HR metrics and using data insights to drive business decisions.
- Experience in talent management, organizational network analysis, and organizational design and development.
