• We are seeking an experienced HR leader to support a growing AWS business segment that provides critical services for key customers in highly regulated industries.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to AWS EMEA Leadership Team, providing strategic HR guidance.
• Ensure excellent employee relations and compliance with local labor laws.
• Analysing business unit data to drive performance, retention, and employee experience improvements.
• Leading organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management initiatives.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition teams on hiring, retention, and internal talent development.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results.
• Experience analyzing HR metrics and using data insights to drive business decisions.
• Experience in talent management, organizational network analysis, and organizational design and development.
