A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
Proven experience in human resources within the Retail/Leisure industry.A strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proficiency in HR-related software and systems.A results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirableWhat's on Offer
