Senior HR Consultant (Education)
The Senior HR Consultant position centres on delivering meaningful client impact and act as a trusted advisor, supporting organisations to manage complex HR and employee relations challenges. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, reliability, and practical judgement to the role.

How support shows up
Delivering meaningful client impact and act as a trusted advisor, supporting organisations to manage complex HR and employee relations challenges. Leading and managing complex casework, including investigations, hearings and formal processes. Building and maintaining effective client relationships, acting as a trusted and credible advisor.
What needs to be in place
- Monitoring and reporting on activities and providing relevant management information (including time recording appropriately).
- Extensive knowledge of employment relations especially case work on Disciplinary, Grievances, Capability, Absence management and Restructures.
- Experience working within or alongside the education sector (e.g. schools, academies, public regulated organisations etc.).
Job details
- Life assurance (4 x salary).
- 31 days holiday (in addition to statutory UK holidays).
- Additional day allocated for CSR activities per annum.
- Work model: Hybrid.
