Requirements
- Partnering with Operations to embed a high-performing culture and deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, with proven experience in managing employee relations cases, liaising with ACAS, and preparing for or supporting employment tribunals.
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent), you bring commercial acumen, excellent influencing skills, and the ability to drive people strategy while balancing day-to-day operational needs.
