Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer focuses on balance agile project work with day-to-day platform support, ensuring our iam processes protect and enable the business.

What the role involves

• Balance agile project work with day-to-day platform support, ensuring our IAM processes protect and enable the business.
• Develop and enhance Identity Governance automation using Okta Identity Governance.
• Managing project delivery in two-week agile sprints, mentoring engineers.
• Ensure audit compliance through process walkthroughs and internal reviews.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• Hybrid - 3 days a week from our London/Bristol/Sunderland office & 2 days working from home.

• Design and implement governance processes for global IAM systems.
