Senior Industrial Designer

The Senior Industrial Designer position centres on new product development process:Attend NPD workshops and weekly meetings with the R&D, Marketing and Operations team. It would suit someone who can bring reliability, clear communication, and practical judgement to the role.

• Work alongside the Design and Technical teams in creation of concept ideas - generating designs and prototypes for evaluation.
• Help develop product concepts, integrating technical designs and constraints.
• Assist in user research, generating ideas fed from user.
• Understand technical constraints when creating designs for our product range.

• New product development process:Attend NPD workshops and weekly meetings with the R&D, Marketing and Operations team.
• Creation of on-product graphics including brand-marking, regulatory labels - layouts / and 2D artworks for global ratings labels.

Requirements mentioned

• Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience.
• Degree educated with experience working in a design consultancy or consumer products company.
• Proficient in 3D CAD – SolidWorks (Including complex surfacing).
