What the role involves

• Media production process, Development Manual and Style Guide.
• Carry out any other reasonable task such as assisting the other areas within Raytheon when required.
• The nature of Customer’s training requires a high degree of flexibility for all Raytheon staff.

Skills and requirements

• Develop, and implement training solutions within Articulate Storyline that enhance learner engagement.
• Ensure instructional materials align with best practices and internal quality standards.
• To effectively communicate with stakeholders outside of the CMDC team to gather technical information necessary for media requirements.
• Supporting over 35,000 jobs across 13 UK sites, RTX is helping to drive prosperity.

Confirmed role details

• Contributory Pension Scheme (up to 10.5% company contribution).
