What the role involves

• Supporting and continuously improve Viva Engage enablement, communities, channels, and content owners to drive meaningful engagement.
• Provide guidance and best practice on community management to ensure Viva is used effectively across the organization.
• Supporting the team internal editorial planning, ensuring a consistent and coordinated flow of communications aligned to business priorities.
• Delivering support for key initiatives such as Global Town Halls and internal campaigns.
• Managing and execute always-on engagement channels.
• Provide video creation and editing support, enabling teams and leaders to produce impactful video content.

Skills and requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar environment.
• A strong understanding of digital internal communications channels and how to drive engagement through them.
• Support colleagues in creating effective communications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide.
