What the role involves

• Leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-visibility IT and operational projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution and ensuring minimal impact to operations and customers.
• Overseeing change management activities using ACT methodology to ensure successful adoption and realisation of business benefits.
• Leading, coach, and motivate cross-functional project teams and SMEs, ensuring strong engagement, performance, and accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, business cases, and financial performance, ensuring benefits realisation.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
