• Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates in the Cloud and Infrastructure space.
• Managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining our high standards of service.
• Identifying and approaching passive candidates through various channels.
• Negotiating offers and managing the placement process end-to-end.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in technology recruitment, with demonstrable success in placing technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure technologies.
• Knowledge of current trends in DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
