Senior Leasing Consultant focuses on keeping the crm up to date with relevant information.

What the role involves

• Keeping the CRM up to date with relevant information.
• Reporting weekly KPI’s to the Leasing manager.
• To carry out other reasonable duties as instructed and directed as required.
• Additionally, it's vital to ensure the effective implementation of all Procedures, Plans, and Forms within our Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) to meet the ISO 9001: Q.
• Resolving issues by providing high quality solutions.
• Encourage inclusive networks and treat others with respect and fairness.

Confirmed role details

• £30,000 basic plus commission, OTE £55K+.
• We heavily invest in our staff attaining accreditations to develop existing and new skills.
• Provide further educational opportunities which are job and business related.
• We never stand still and continually invest in developing skills and knowledge to ensure individual and company growth.

Candidate fit

• Level 3 ARLA qualification is essential.
• 2 years' property experience.
• Proven track record of meeting KPI’s.
