Role overview
To provide academic leadership across Business Management programmes at Levels 4–7, driving excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, and student outcomes. Minimum five years' teaching experience in Higher or Further Education, including across Levels 4–6.
Main responsibilities
Uphold safeguarding, equality, diversity, health & safety, and institutional policies. Delivering high-quality, inclusive, and research-informed teaching across Levels 4–7. Leading the design and development of modules and programmes, ensuring alignment with awarding-body requirements.
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
