Senior Lettings Negotiator focuses on supporting with your arla qualifications/membership.

What the role involves

• Supporting with your ARLA qualifications/membership.
• Build relationships with Landlords, handling enquiries with confidence.
• Managing client records and feedback through our system.
• Handle offers, and any queries between Landlord and tenant.
• Supporting marketing efforts and new business generation for the department.
• Assisting the wider department, ensuring all paperwork is order ready for move in.

Skills and requirements

• Two years Lettings experience is required.
• Have full UK driving licence and access to own car.

Confirmed role details

• £29,000 - £31,000 basic salary dependent on your experience.
• 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.

Additional role context

• OTE £40,000 and above (uncapped).
• Parking provided - no more hunting for a space.
• Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential tenants.
