Senior Maintenance Officer
As a Senior Maintenance Officer, the work centres on supporting of the reactive repairs, services, annual servicing, maintenance and stock improvement works of the home. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Join the team for 37 hours per week. Provide technical support to co-workers, such as giving guidance to staff, contractors and other 3rd parties in terms of protocols, procedures and site histories.
What you would be doing
Support of the reactive repairs, services, annual servicing, maintenance and stock improvement works of the home. Responsible for quality control, safety checks. Co-ordinate repairs, daily tasks, long terms actions by delegating duties to yourself and the maintenance officer ensuring this meets management's expectations.
What you need
- A Diploma in a relevant trade or equivalent experience.
- Sound knowledge of general property maintenance.
- Practical experience – painting, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair.
