What the role involves

• Pricing and reimbursement: Collaborate to secure pricing, reimbursement, and formulary inclusion for new and existing products, leveraging health economic models, budget impact ana.
• Evidence and value communication: Support the development of HEOR evidence, real-world data (RWD), and global/local value dossiers to inform HTA submissions and payer negotiations.
• Contribute to objection handlers and payer negotiation materials.
• Stakeholder engagement: Build.
• Ensure launch readiness.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with global and local Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and Government Affairs teams to synchronize market access initiatives, share b.

Skills and requirements

• Education: Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, economics, or related field (PhD, MSc, MBA preferred).
• Proven track record in international launch planning and execution, including access strategy development with payers and policy makers networks for both niche and large population.
• Effective track record working in matrixed, multicultural teams across different regions.
• Good understanding of international healthcare systems, HTA processes, and both public and private payers’ environment.
