Skills and requirements
- Education: Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, economics, or related field (PhD, MSc, MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in international launch planning and execution, including access strategy development with payers and policy makers networks for both niche and large population.
- Effective track record working in matrixed, multicultural teams across different regions.
- Good understanding of international healthcare systems, HTA processes, and both public and private payers’ environment.
