As a Senior Manager Key Accounts, the work centres on success in driving data led, action orientated plans to successfully grow and drive teams. It would suit someone who can bring handling account-by-account responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.

How the role is set up

Planning, leading, supporting and advising on all senior level negotiations within all the Key Account groups. Ensuring that all team activities are aligned to the sales objectives and strategic direction of the business.

Success in driving data led, action orientated plans to successfully grow and drive teams. Other responsibilities include taking the lead in major Key Account negotiations to enable profitable growth, retain existing distribution and develop new growth opportunities. What is expected

  • Solid understanding, knowledge and experience of managing the sales process from ‘cradle-to-grave’ within our industry.
  • Significant building products or construction industry experience.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, flexibility and tenacity with first class influencing, negotiation and persuading experience.
