Senior Manager POD Lead focuses on of the team lead is to manage a team of account managers (ams) and account executives.

What the role involves

  • Of the Team Lead is to manage a team of Account Managers (AMs) and Account Executives.
  • Assist the Head of the Department in guiding the Managed Account in the Account Management Team to success.
  • Managing a portfolio of Deliveroo’s most strategically important restaurant partner accounts and collaborate with them to drive business growth.
  • Work with Marketing to manage promotions and campaign planning for your restaurant partners as they join and scale on the platform.
  • Monitoring operations (quality of services, availability, profitability) and make recommendations to partners to improve them.
  • Leading and make sure the team consistently meets or exceeds quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Skills and requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales, Business Development, and/or Account Management with a minimum of 6 years of experience, at least 2 years of leadership experiences.
