  • Ensure all training development and delivery meet compliance, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Overseeing tracking of training proficiency, compliance, and performance using standardized systems where possible.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure content is efficiently shared and leveraged.

Skills and requirements

  • Maintain strong knowledge of relevant products, technologies, markets, and industry trends to ensure training content remains current.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Proven experience developing training for complex products, services, or technical environments.
  • 3+ years of front-line selling experience.
