Where the technical work sits
- Managing our relationship with any external job board or organisations required to support talent acquisition projects.
- Own end-to-end hiring strategy and processes to ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Own and refine recruitment software tools, data, and analytics to drive hiring efficiency.
Technical requirements
- Salary of £65,000 per year, with some flexibility based on experience.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition in a fast-growing startup or scale-up, with at least 1 year of line management experience within talent acquisition.
- Experience building employer brand and recruitment processes, and evidence of refining those processes based on learning and feedback.
