- Full quantity surveying and cost management duties.
- To ensure the highest quality service delivery to clients.
- To provide high quality MEP cost advice on complex projects across a range of sectors.
- Care and mentoring of supporting staff.
- We also actively support staff in achieving corporate membership of relevant institutions.
Skills and requirements
- Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor with significant experience in Mechanical and Electrical systems to support and help grow our M&E cost management team in the region.
- Taking seriously our standards, how we deliver our services and work with our clients.
- If wishing to progress, excellent team management, including creating and supporting a culture of team growth and development.
- In depth knowledge and experience of Mechanical and Electrical systems, their associated costs and/or where such costs can be determined.
