• Delivering Mechanical Building Services design and consultancy services under the direction of a line manager or project lead.
• Produce high-quality design deliverables, including calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and members of multi-disciplinary design and construction teams.
• Checking calculations and detailed designs to ensure compliance with project briefs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Skills and requirements

• Strong experience in the design of Mechanical Building Services systems, including HVAC and Public Health.
• Considerable experience in technical design development and specification writing.
