  • Maintain robust FMEA and risk mitigation activities.
  • Define and execute structured validation and verification plans.
  • Supporting successful validation of designs through build and testing activities.
  • Supporting the transition of products from development into production.

Skills and requirements

  • Proven experience in electric machine.
  • Experience designing rotor systems, including magnet retention and high-speed operation.
  • Knowledge of stator construction and winding integration.
  • Practical hands-on experience with motor build, testing, and validation.
