Senior MEP Project Manager focuses on work closely with our senior project leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful coordination and execution of this complex data centre build.

What the role involves

• Work closely with our senior project leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful coordination and execution of this complex data centre build.
• Provide overarching leadership throughout all project phases, from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives.
• Drive the project timeline, utilising advanced project management techniques to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs), encompassing all aspects of project delivery.
• Lead performance evaluations of all project participants.
• Develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.

Skills and requirements

• Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring junior project managers and teams.
