Senior MEP Surveyor focuses on leading the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages across multiple projects.

What the role involves

  • Leading the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages across multiple projects.
  • Preparing cost plans, budgets, estimates and tender documentation.
  • Managing procurement activities, contractor appointments and tender evaluations.
  • Maintaining commercial compliance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Overseeing valuations, variations, change control and final accounts.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.

Skills and requirements

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related construction discipline.
  • Proven experience within an MEP Quantity Surveying or Building Services environment.
  • Experience managing MEP costs from pre-contract through to final account.
  • Familiarity with NEC and JCT forms of contract.
