Senior MEP Surveyor focuses on leading the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages across multiple projects.
What the role involves
- Leading the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages across multiple projects.
- Preparing cost plans, budgets, estimates and tender documentation.
- Managing procurement activities, contractor appointments and tender evaluations.
- Maintaining commercial compliance throughout project lifecycles.
- Overseeing valuations, variations, change control and final accounts.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
Skills and requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related construction discipline.
- Proven experience within an MEP Quantity Surveying or Building Services environment.
- Experience managing MEP costs from pre-contract through to final account.
- Familiarity with NEC and JCT forms of contract.
