Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Support, Delivery, and Sales. Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing a national Hardware Engineering team of approximately 55 professionals.
Main responsibilities
Championing innovation through process automation and adoption of emerging technologies. Driving strategy for hardware engineering services to meet revenue targets and customer needs. Managing KPIs, SLAs, and reporting on service performance and improvement opportunities.

Requirements
- Technical knowledge of hardware products and services, including x86 technologies (Dell, Fujitsu, HPE) and associated technologies (Networking, Storage, Printers).
