Join our friendly team at Busy Bees in Huntingdon, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 100 children. Busy Bees is the UK's leading nursery group, with nearly 400 nurseries across the UK and more overseas.

Main responsibilities

Overseeing the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs. Leading the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
