- Carry out advanced moving and handling assessments and risk management.
- Contribute to safeguarding processes and multi-agency working.
Skills and requirements
- HCPC Registration.
- Extensive experience within Adult Social Care.
- Experience managing complex cases and supporting junior staff.
- Strong knowledge of reablement and moving & handling.
