Communicate delivery risks clearly and early, providing feedback on achievability to key stakeholders. Collaborate with Programme Managers to raise work orders that meet part quantity requirements for target events.

What the role carries

Leading, coach and develop a team of Operations Planners and Junior Operations Planners, supporting high performance through regular 1‑2‑1s, mentoring and day‑to‑day guidance. Supporting emergent, service, Class 5, fault and repair work, coordinating and communicating impact. Generate, manage and review accurate work orders using pre‑templated routings, ensuring they align with an achievable plan.
