Senior Optical Engineer focuses on develop both simple and complex electro-optical systems.

What the role involves

• Develop both simple and complex electro-optical systems.
• Ensure design quality and consistency through numerical calculations, tolerance studies, and more.
• Review optical designs in line with industry standards, including ISO 10110.
• A minimum of second-class upper degree in Physics, Opto-Electronics, or a related subject.
• Experience in lens design and optical analysis.
• Proficiency with industry-standard optical design tools (e.g., OpticStudio, Code V, FRED).

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
