What the role involves

• Deliver engaging demonstrations and hands on training, supportworkshopsand congress activity, and become a trusted presence in the operating theatre.
• Ensure every new account is smoothly implemented and confidently handed over.
• Working closely with the Robotics Business Development Manager and Recon sales teams, you willidentifyand develop new surgeon users, contribute to a strong and sustainable sales pi.
• Also act as a go to expert forhigh leveltechnical and clinical support, including troubleshooting within the Real Intelligence environment.
• At every stage of the customer journey, you will ensure surgeons and clinical teams feel supported,confidentand excited about the value robotics brings to their practice.
• A strong technical and clinical mindset, comfortable delivering training and providing hands on support in the operating theatre.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience inrobotic,orthopaedic or reconstructive sales, with the confidence to engage and influence surgeons and key stakeholders.
• >75%national travel.
