Senior PA/QA Engineer focuses on maintain pa/qa requirements for mechanisms and structural components.

What the role involves

• Maintain PA/QA requirements for mechanisms and structural components.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical boards for non-conformances and anomalies.
• Process selection, including verification and contamination control.
• Inspect hardware at various stages (incoming, pre-test, post-test).
• Work with suppliers to ensure requirements are met.
• Maintaining quality management systems and supporting documentation.

Skills and requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PA/QA for regulated manufacturing, preferably spaceflight.
• Knowledge of materials, mechanical parts, and space hardware processes.
• Experience in testing, verification, and reporting.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
