Senior Pavement Engineer

As a Senior Pavement Engineer, the work centres on delivering pavement design, assessment, back analysis, and materials related work with limited supervision. It would suit someone who can bring leading technical tasks or small work packages within larger projects to the role.

Independently interrogating standards, specifications, and guidance, forming a technical view before seeking peer input where appropriate. Structured mentorship and technical support from experienced senior staff.

Technical skills and requirements

• Both profiles are valued, provided the required level of technical judgement is demonstrated.
• An engineering related degree or equivalent or demonstrable progress towards Chartership is highly valued.
• Established professional experience in a related engineering field, with demonstrated capability to operate independently at Senior Engineer level.
