Senior Payment Solutions Specialist focuses on monitor ach transactions, incoming/outgoing wires, and other payment channels.

What the role involves

• Monitor ACH transactions, incoming/outgoing wires, and other payment channels.
• Serves as the primary contact for escalated payment inquiries and exceptions from members and staff.
• Ensures compliance with NACHA rules, OFAC, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
• Investigates discrepancies and settle encoding errors in a timely manner.
• Conducts daily review to ensure dual control is maintained in SE branch's cash-letter settlement submissions to the Federal Reserve, mitigating risk and maintaining operational int.
• Manages and resolves Federal Reserve adjustments and corporate stop payments in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal procedures.

Skills and requirements

• Must be able to deliver and receive verbal communication.
• · Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience.
• · Proficient PC skills, including Word and Excel.
• · Able to communicate effectively in a written and verbal format that supports our organizational growth and public image.
