Senior Pension Administrator focuses on quality checking of caseworkpleted by the team to ensure it meets high standards and is delivered in line with agreed service level agreements (slas).
What the role involves
- Quality checking of caseworkpleted by the team to ensure it meets high standards and is delivered in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Processing the monthly pensioner payroll, including associated reconciliations and payments.
- Resolving and processingplex and “freak” cases requiring detailed investigation and technical expertise.
- Updating the administration system with calculation changes, factor updates, and member data amendments.
- Managing the annual pension increase exercise end-to-end.
