What the role involves

• Act as the strategic partner to HQ leadership (Marketing, AI, Legal, Finance), translating commercial roadmaps into pragmatic people strategies that drive actual business outcomes.
• Leading complex organisational design and change projects, defining the spans, layers, and structures needed to scale fast-moving product teams without adding corporate bloat.
• Design and implement high-stakes compensation and incentive schemes directly linked to KPIs like product launches and sales targets, ensuring we reward high performance.
• Build robust, data-backed business cases for headcount and costs using advanced financial modelling, giving senior leaders the evidence they need to make decisions.
• Serve as a trusted coach to executives during high-pressure moments—from product launches to corporate shifts—providing clear, calm guidance on crisis response.
• Managing global strategic projects including M&A integration and international mobility, handling the complexity of a business that operates across borders.
