Senior Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Senior Plumbing & Heating Engineer focuses on reporting to the reactive maintenance manager, you will work independently to manage and prioritise your workload, responding to both reactive and planned preventative maintenance.

What the role involves

• Reporting to the Reactive Maintenance Manager, you will work independently to manage and prioritise your workload, responding to both reactive and planned preventative maintenance.
• Supporting statutorypliance activities, act as an Authorised Person for relevant permit systems (subject to training).

Skills and requirements

• Supervise specialist contractors when required.
• City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience in plumbing, heating, gas and mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of current health & safety legislation, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
