• Design (TCAD to device design), characterization of novel concepts.
• Feasibility studies of novel GAN IC concepts: Hands-on concept simulations, evaluations.
• Liaise with CGD experts in Analog IC Design, Reliability, Power Device Packaging Testing and Operations.

Requirements mentioned

• In this role, you will be able to develop and use your knowledge of a variety of aspects of semiconductor device development at the forefront of GaN device R&D.
• Experience as an R&D Engineer or similar in the development of semiconductor devices, preferably wide bandgap power devices.
• Knowledge of power semiconductor device physics, preferably GaN. Semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
