What the role involves

• · Support with production and staging of press events for key media.
• · Closely involved in the day-to-day management of our PR agency to ensure activity is clearly briefed, developed and executed – in line with broader customer comms timelines and p.
• · Responsible for holding excellent relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure awareness of new products or services.
• Provide on call services for the PR team and wider business.

Skills and requirements

• · Minimum 3 years PR experience in consumer PR – ideally with experience in retail/food and drink.
• · Ability to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• · Confident in identifying, developing and implementing creative PR stories and campaigns that deliver impactful results​.
• To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our.

• This will be achieved through exciting, integrated PR campaigns that complement or enhance our total marketing communications plans, as well as an ‘always on’ press office to suppo.
