Senior/Principal 3D Modeller – Energy

Role overview

We are looking to add a Senior/Principal 3D Modeller to our Renewable energy team to be based in Glasgow. You will provide full Civil 3D modelling support across the Renewables Business Unit, providing methodologies and procedures where necessary.

Main responsibilities

Have knowledge, or implementation of ISO19650 framework. Carry out earthwork design and analysis primarily with tracks / roads / intersections / laydown construction areas, volumes analysis and drainage. Processing, annotate, and present design data as project deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience in producing construction details / technical drawings.
• Enjoys 'thinking outside the box' and building bespoke assemblies in Civil 3D when required on projects.
• Proficient user of AutoCAD Civil 3D within a live project environment.

• Operate CAD software for internal and external meetings and Presentations.
• Liaise with internal and external design teams.
• Process CAD data for use with other software platforms.
