Senior/Principal Fire Risk Assessor

As a Senior/Principal Fire Risk Assessor, the work centres on complete pre and post FRA inspections ensuring continual Health and Safety Compliance and producing the reports. It would suit someone who can bring safe working habits, organisation, and practical judgement to the role.

How the role is set up

This role (and team) will take ownership of projects after our designers have completed the stage 5 report. Provide specialist, technical advice and support in line with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order Provide Fire Warden Training.

Where someone would start

Complete pre and post FRA inspections ensuring continual Health and Safety Compliance and producing the reports. Ensure that the integrity of Fire Safety Strategies are upheld during the construction phase of design. Undertake commissioning of fire safety systems prior to building occupation.

What is expected

• Recognised 3rd Party Accreditation with the Institute of Fire Engineers Register of Fire Risk Assessors or a similar industry related scheme is desirable.
• Proven and previous experience in the completion of Fire Risk Assessments.
• Full, maintained CPD log for fire prevention industry.
