Senior/Principal Planning Consultant focuses on we support major regeneration and inward investment projects, utilising all the planning tools available to provide clear and quick paths to delivery.

What the role involves

• We support major regeneration and inward investment projects, utilising all the planning tools available to provide clear and quick paths to delivery.

Candidate fit

• Education to degree and/or masters in Town Planning and a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
• Experience of working within a commercial environment (bids and projects), including client liaison, programme and time management, quality assurance and financial/budget control.
• In-depth knowledge and application of planning legislation and policy, including ongoing reforms.
