Job description
The Senior Private Family Solicitor position centres on managing a caseload of private family law matters. It would suit someone who can bring strong communicator, confident with client conversations to the role.
Where the work sits
1 day per week in the Birmingham office (or once a fortnight/month depending on distance). No BD and no advocacy – fully supported by marketing and a sales director.

Managing a caseload of private family law matters. Delivering commercially aware, client-centred advice. Maintaining accurate time recording and billing.

Practical details
- Participate in team video calls and receive remote support and mentoring.
- Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week).
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (higher allowances possible depending on performance).
