• Develop detailed procurement strategies, ensuring all sub-contractors are selected through a fair, transparent, and compliant tendering process.
• Coordinating with project managers to identify project needs, specifications, and scope to ensure the preparation of accurate tender documents.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with selected sub-contractors, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Managing relationships with existing sub-contractors, and explore new opportunities by identifying potential suppliers and contractors through market research.
• Monitoring sub-contractor performance, ensuring that work is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
