What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of design system excellence and product experience, ensuring consistency and quality at scale.
Contributing to and evolving a design system (built with Vue.js), ensuring it supports rapid, high-quality development
Maintaining a robust Figma component library to enable efficient, high-fidelity design across teams
Acting as the go-to expert on design best practices, including accessibility
Writing clear, structured change proposals to improve design system components
Visiting customers to observe real-world usage and continuously identify improvements (kaizen approach)
Collaborating with Product Leads, Business Analysts, Engineers, and users to design new functionality
Supporting regulated environments through contribution to clinical risk, security, and service management systems What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience in Product or UX Design
Proven experience working on technically complex products
Strong understanding of design systems and their practical application
High attention to detail and a structured approach to design work
Experience with tools such as Figma, JIRA, Confluence, and Chromatic
Confidence communicating design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
