Senior Production Engineer Systems Integration focuses on standardise process and procedures across the department to ensure consistency, reduce variation, and enhance cross-departmental collaboration.

What the role involves

• Standardise process and procedures across the department to ensure consistency, reduce variation, and enhance cross-departmental collaboration.
• Own, document and train others on manufacturing process and standards.
• Support a hands-on problem solving approach with Area Team Leader and Quality Engineering to achieve OTD and right first time objectives.
• Providing technical support for production and production control.
• Developing, optimising and implementing factory floor layouts/production cells.
• Analysing data to drive continuous improvement of processes and workflows.

Skills and requirements

• Multi-disciplined engineer with an electrical bias and experience in test, pre-commissioning, and fault finding.
• Background in low-volume, one-off engineered products and systems.
• Ideal for Production, Project, or Delivery Engineers.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering knowledge, especially for complex assemblies like ROVs.
