Assist operations manager in the efficient management of the operation. Reporting directly to the site Operations Manager, the Senior Production Manager will achieve business value, improve customer service. Drive employee performance.

Leadership skills and experience

• Significant experience at Management Level with leadership and people management experience.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Attentive to detail.
