Skills and requirements

• The Person will have: A degree or equivalent qualification (HNC/HND) in an engineering discipline.
• Proven experience within a manufacturing engineering environment, ideally Tier 1 or Tier 2 (non‑OEM) Strong knowledge of complex assembly processes and precision manufacturing syst.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, ISO9001 and IATF standards, including quality tools such as DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC and Control Plans.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing production teams.
